Francis Toriaga was born in Quezon City, Philippines but moved to Upstate New York when he was nine years old. He earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Illustration with a minor in Arts Administration from State University of New York at Fredonia. Although he has a foundation in fine art and traditional illustration, he's highly influenced in graphic design and multimedia. He seeks both art and design to not only express himself but as a way to use his creativity for problem solving.
